Greetings:

NBC Church Strengthening Strategy is to assist churches to obey the Great Commission. Our L.E.D. (Leadership -- Evangelism -- Discipleship) Spiral is triggered by evangelism -- sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ and inviting people to believe in Him as their Lord and Savior.

Those who are evangelized must be discipled by a healthy local church, either an established one, or a new church plant, which provides opportunity for fellowship, prayer, worship, evangelism, ministry and Bible study.

Maturing disciples are developed to provide leadership inside and outside the church. Bible teachers and disciplers, soul-winners and church planters all need advanced training to fulfill their callings.

The NBC staff accomplished the L.E.D. Spiral Strategy by activities which include conferences, consultations and coaching.
